The Club hasa Fitness Centre (Gym) under the guidance of Coach and offers various facilities like Treadmill, Stepper, cycling, stretching along with all kinds of weight lifts like quad, free weights etc. These facilities are available for members against subscription, to keep themselves hale and healthy. The Gym opens daily from 6am to 10:30am, exclusive ladies from 10:30am to 1:30pm again common time from 4pm to 9.00pm.
Yoga classes were started in the Club for Members to benefit and exercises like Universal prayers, loosening and warming up, Surya Namaskar, Chandra Namaskar and other Asanas, Postures, Breathing Techniques, Relaxation etc are taught by an experienced and qualified yoga therapist Chand on every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday between 7.30 am & 8.30 am.
Tennis
The tennis on 3 clay courts is open from 6.00 to 10.00 am in the morning and 3.30 to 7.30 pm in the evening. Each member can play for 1½ hours and based on the availability, the duration can be increased. indoor are available for Members to practice, even after sunset. A rest room is also available for the usage of members.
Shuttle
The Shuttle on 3 clay courts is open from 6.00 to 10.00 am in the morning and 3.30 to 7.30 pm in the evening. Cards
The exclusive cards room at the Coimbatore Cosmopolitan Club is spacious with fine interiors. It is one of the best Cards Hall along with a Special Cards Room both with centrally Air Conditioned. A cozy atmosphere is created by best Interiors. There are 15 tables which are used by Members and their family regularly.
Snooker
The club is a fully air-conditioned facility for playing Snookers. The tables are ironed once a week and heaters are fitted underneath each table for smooth movement of the ball. Each player is permitted to play for half-an-hour and may continue based on availability. The playing time is from 3.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
Billiards
Billiards is a game that improves concentration, eye-hand coordination and focus. The club has two billiards rooms, with and without air conditioning, furnished with all essential equipment including tables, racks, balls, cues and much more to make your gaming experience fun and memorable.
